The Cooper Foundation of Cooper University Health Care along with Ponzio\u2019s Restaurant and Bakery launched the Jim Fifis Lung Cancer Research Fund at Cooper and introduced the \u201cCooper Cookie\u201d in 2011.<\/p>\n

Proceeds from the sales of the Cooper cookie benefit the fund, established in memory of the late Jim Fifis, the long-time owner of Ponzio\u2019s before he died in 2007 of lung cancer.<\/p>\n
