Brenner, MD<\/strong>, <em>Medical Director of the Cooper Urban Health Institute<\/em>; and <strong>Kathleen Stillo<\/strong>, <em>Executive Director of the Cooper Urban Health Institute<\/em>, the program will discuss the mission of the Cooper Urban Health Institute and describe the transformations taking place in the Cooper Advanced Care Center.<\/p>\n<p>The program is part of Cooper\u2019s Population Health Academy, an educational forum created to provide members of our Cooper family and the medical community with insights into the dramatic transformation taking place in health care today.<\/p>\n<p><em>A light dinner will be served and guests are welcome.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please register via the Cooper Learning Network:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.
