Who Are Super Users?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Super Users are respected Epic users who have a firm understanding of their group\u2019s workflow and are trained to support the needs of their peers during go-live and beyond.<\/p>\n

How Can I find Who Is a Super User?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ask your supervisor or manager. You can also visit Epic Training on the employee portal homepage, under Clinical Links, for a complete list. Or, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What Super Users Will Be Trained?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IT training team is offering Super User training courses for inpatient nurses, radiology techs, front end users, and billing users. These courses will include a review of system changes in their area along with dedicated exercises to perform in our sandbox environment.
