Additionally, managers will be able to view flu vaccine compliance status of their entire staff.<\/p>\n<p>For employee instructions, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2017\/11\/EmpEEHealthTipSheet_v10-Edited.pdf\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For manager instructions, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2017\/11\/ManagerEEHealthTipSheet_v10-Edited.pdf\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Future capabilities will include PPD\/FIT compliance information.\u00a0Notification of this feature will be communicated when it is available however individuals that have recently obtained a PPD\/FT via Employee Health may see data in this field.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, our Vaccination Policy is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Cooper employees are required to have an annual influenza vaccination or sign a declination statement.<\/li>\n<li>Green ID badge stickers will be given to those employees who receive the flu vaccination.\u00a0Yellow ID badge stickers will be given to those employees who sign a declination statement.<\/li>\n<li>Employees who are not vaccinated are required to wear a surgical mask while in clinical areas to prevent spread of the virus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>All employees must adhere to the policy by December 1, 2017<\/strong>, or by an earlier date if identified by Infection Control.<\/li>\n<li>Employees who receive the vaccination at private physician offices, public clinics, etc., must submit proof of immunization to <a href=\"mailto:EmployeeHealthNurse@CooperHealth.edu\">EmployeeHealthNurse@CooperHealth.edu<\/a> to receive a green sticker.<\/li>\n<li>Managers who have employees out on a leave of absence: Employees will receive a letter at home instructing them that they must either provide proof that they received their flu vaccine elsewhere or visit Employee Health before returning to work.<\/li>\n<li>The full policy is on the Cooper Employee Portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For questions, please contact Employee Health at\u00a0856.382.6432.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper Employee Health is pleased to announce the launched of a new tool that allows employees and managers to view and manage flu compliance in Lawson through Employee and Manager Self Service.
