December 1, 2017<\/strong>, was the original deadline for all Cooper employees to be in compliance with the Cooper flu vaccination policy<\/strong>. By this date, all employees should have had documentation of having received their flu vaccination for the 2017-2018 flu season or should have signed a declination form stating that they will not be receiving the vaccine. Employees should have the appropriate color sticker for the 2017-2018 flu season on their identification badge reflecting their status.<\/p>\n

To date, approximately 90 percent of Cooper employees are compliant with our influenza policy.<\/p>\n

For those who have yet to be vaccinated or sign the declination form, you have until\u00a0Thursday, December 7, 2017, to complete the requirement<\/u>. Any employee not in compliance by that date will be suspended<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After December 1, you may receive your free flu vaccine from Employee Health at the CCBO, 1 Federal Street, Suite S-200 in Camden by calling 856.382.6432.<\/p>\n

If employees have received the vaccine elsewhere they may fax proof of vaccination to Employee Health at 856.735.6496 or scan a copy to EmployeeHealthNurse@cooperhealth.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
