The training focuses on effectively managing behaviors in the workplace that may be described at different times as \u201charassment,\u201d \u201cdiscrimination,\u201d \u201cbullying,\u201d or just \u201cteasing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bullying and teasing are important topics in today\u2019s society for children and adults. You will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to avoid discriminatory conduct.<\/li>\n<li>How to spot and stop bullying and other problem behaviors in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Which types of claims can be made.<\/li>\n<li>Your role as a leader in preventing and addressing these matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This training is facilitated by Cooper&#8217;s Legal and Human Resources departments.\u00a0Managers may sign up now via CLN.
