The next Weight Watchers at Work 10-week program is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Meetings will be held every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Cooper Hospital, One Cooper Plaza in Camden.<\/p>\n

Participants can get weighed and pick up the materials during these sessions. If you are interested in additional support, the sessions will also include optional lectures, which begin at noon.<\/p>\n

Once participants reach their goal, they can be reimbursed through the Cooper Health Plans for 50 percent of class fees; once the goal is achieved and retained for six months participants receive the other 50 percent in full.<\/p>\n

The total cost for the 10-week program is $135 for new participants and $130 for returning members. Lifetime members who are at their goal weights can attend at no charge. Payroll deduction is available; the forms are accessible on the Cooper Policy Network under Benefit Forms.<\/p>\n
