From MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper to Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, our resources and clinical learning opportunities are among the best in the nation for talented, patient-focused clinical professionals.<\/p>\n<p>As a Cooper employee, you can earn a referral bonus by helping us hire new talent. Currently, the bonus program is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Referral Bonus Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$5000 for a full-time OR RN referral (must have OR experience)<\/li>\n<li>$5000 for a full-time PACU RN referral (must have PACU, or ICU\/CCU, or ED experience)<\/li>\n<li>$2500 for a part-time OR RN referral (must have OR experience)<\/li>\n<li>$2500 for a part-time PACU RN referral (must have PACU, or ICU\/CCU, or ED experience)<\/li>\n<li>$1000 for a full-time CSP Tech referral<\/li>\n<li>$500 for a part-time CSP Tech referral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Referral Bonus Payout Structure <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First half after six months of service<\/li>\n<li>Second half after one year of service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employee referrals for per diem positions do not qualify for this program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: To qualify for this referral bonus, the current referring employee\u2019s name must be listed on referral\u2019s official application through the Cooper Career Portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cooper University Health Care is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, religion, disabilities, marital status, protected Veteran status, national origin, or any other category protected by federal or state law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper University Health Care is a leading academic tertiary care health system with top-quality professionals, resources, and expertise that cannot be found anywhere else in southern New Jersey.
