This is exclusive for Cooper employees.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/appointments.cooperhealth.org\/epic\/start.php\">Click here<\/a>\u00a0to begin.<\/li>\n<li>Select a participating Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your appointment time, fill in your information, and submit.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for your confirmation call from Cooper. (We must confirm the appointment with you in advance, or we will have to cancel the appointment, so be sure your phone number is accurate.)<\/li>\n<li>Come to your appointment at the date and time you picked!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/appointments.cooperhealth.org\/epic\/start.php\">Click Here To Begin<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Open Scheduling is for new Cooper patients only<\/strong>. You are considered a new patient if you have not had a visit with any Cooper primary care provider in the past three years.
