As you know, all employees and physicians must participate in annual training updates to ensure competence and meet regulatory and accrediting requirements.\u00a0We are currently in the middle of our Annual Regulatory Training, which is due to be completed on Tuesday, April 17, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To assist you and your planning for the rest of the year, below is a schedule for all of the mandatory training that will be assigned to employees and physicians in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

February 15 to April 17<\/td>\nAnnual Regulatory Training – based on the requirements set by The Joint Commission, CMS, and the New Jersey Department of Health.<\/td>\nAll Cooper Employees\/Physicians<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
February 15 to April 17<\/td>\nAnnual Clinical Training<\/td>\nAll Nursing Staff<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
September \u2013 November<\/td>\nAnnual Compliance and Preventing Sexual Harassment Update Training<\/td>\nAll Cooper Employees\/Physicians<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Based on your role, you may receive additional specific training related to your position. Also, from time to time, other mandatory training may be assigned based on new requirements set by regulatory or other accrediting agencies.<\/p>\n

All training is assigned through the Cooper Learning Network (CLN).\u00a0Anyone who is assigned training will receive an email notification, and reminders, outlining the assignment and date for completion.<\/p>\n
