CRNAs are active on the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Council, SCIP\/SUSP Taskforces, Unit-Based Councils, and various Cooper committees.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CRNAs provide lectures and in-service programs throughout Cooper and are the primary force behind moderate sedation training for registered nurses. \u00a0Several\u00a0CRNAs hold teaching positions at nearby graduate-level nurse anesthesia training programs and many\u00a0CRNAs serve as clinical preceptors for student nurse anesthetists, medical students and residents.<\/p>\n<p>Please join us in recognizing Cooper&#8217;s nurse anesthetists for their role in the anesthesia community and their dedication to providing quality care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are advanced practice registered nurses who, in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, dentists, podiatrists and other qualified healthcare professionals, provide anesthesia care.
