Call menus and users associated with the server locked up and were unable to accept the input options from the phone keypad. Direct dial numbers and non-call flow numbers were not affected<\/p>\n<p>SOLUTION: The server was rebooted and users logged out and back into their call queues. The IT team is verifying that all call flows are back to normal.
