DATE: <\/strong>\u00a0Sunday, May 13,\u00a02018<\/p>\n

PLANNED DURATION: <\/strong>\u00a03:00am \u2013 6:00am (3 hours)<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Epic Production system will be brought down starting at 3am for up to 3 hours to install quarterly enhancements, optimizations, and fixes, to complete a datacenter migration, and to update network configurations to support the move.\u00a0 The Epic Hyperspace sessions will be exited at the start of the downtime, and anything not saved at that point will be lost.\u00a0 Due to the anticipated length of this downtime, Epic Read-Only will be enabled.\u00a0 Instructions can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

IMPACT: <\/strong>\u00a0All Epic users on the system at the time will be impacted by the downtime and exited from Epic.\u00a0 In addition, interface traffic will be delayed during the downtime, but will queue and should transmit at the conclusion.\u00a0 It may take up to 15 minutes after the downtime is complete for the backlog of queued interface traffic to clear.<\/p>\n

OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: <\/strong>\u00a0Upstream and downstream interfaced systems will experience delays in traffic during and immediately after the downtime.<\/p>\n
