On Monday, May 21, 2018, the replacement of service elevators in the Dorrance Building began. The new elevators will be state-of-the-art and equipped with the latest safety features. Each elevator will take approximately 10 weeks to complete.<\/p>\n

The first elevator to be replaced will be the North elevator, which services NICU and Labor and Delivery Triage. This will impact patient movement and safety during the period of replacement, which should last through the end of September. The affected departments have made plans for alternate and emergency routes. We ask that all who use these elevators to please plan accordingly.<\/p>\n
