The elevator will be available for use between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. during renovations; however, there may be brief, intermittent shutdowns as programming of the elevator continues.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Friday, June 1, 2018<\/strong>, Elevator P5 will remain out of service until 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Once renovations are complete, Elevator P5 will be designated a \u201csoiled elevator.\u201d As such, only the following items and materials should be transported in the elevator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soiled case carts<\/li>\n<li>Soiled linen<\/li>\n<li>Soiled equipment headed to CSP or SPD<\/li>\n<li>Trash and regulated medical waste<\/li>\n<li>Construction debris<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Roberts Pavilion Service Elevators P6, P7, and P8 will continue to function as regular service elevators. The following items may be transported in these elevators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beds headed to storage (the beds should be cleaned prior to leaving patient rooms)<\/li>\n<li>IV pumps and poles (these are to be wiped in the patient room prior to being removed)<\/li>\n<li>Clean linen<\/li>\n<li>Patient food<\/li>\n<li>Clean biomedical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Radiology equipment<\/li>\n<li>Respiratory equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you for your cooperation as we make these improvements to better serve our patients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renovations to the Roberts Pavilion Service Elevator P5 begin today, Tuesday, May 29, 2018, and will continue through Friday, June 1, 2018.
