Thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>DATE: <\/strong>\u00a0Tuesday, June 5\u00a0through Wednesday, June 6, 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLANNED DURATION: <\/strong>\u00a08 p.m. \u2013 7 a.m. (11 hours)<\/p>\n<p><strong>DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Lexmark Production system will be brought down starting at 8 p.m. for up to 11 \u00a0hours to migrate its database to SQL 2016 server, upgrade application to version 7.2.2, and update the client on the Epic Citrix servers.\u00a0 This is upgrade is necessary to be able to resolve the following \u00a0issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View Invoice buttons \u2013View Invoice button on Lawson invoice-related screens to retrieve an invoice image.<\/li>\n<li>Cashier Voucher Automated Approval &#8211; Cashier voucher forms (check requests) should be automatically routed to the proper managers for approval based on cost center and dollar amount. Cashier voucher forms do not display properly and users are sometimes seeing a black screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPACT: <\/strong>\u00a0All users performing scanning, document viewing, and\/or Esignature functions within Perceptive will impacted by the downtime and should use their paper processes.\u00a0 This includes ED, HIM, ambulatory and urgent care centers performing scanning functions between the scheduled downtime duration.\u00a0 Though billing, Accounts Payable and Human Resources use this application for scanning and or indexing functions, they should not be impacted by the downtime.\u00a0 <strong>Epic Media manager scanning will not be impacted by this downtime<\/strong>. \u00a0Due to the required maintenance for the Epic Citrix servers, some users may be required to exit and relaunch Epic between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m.\u00a0 If this is required of you, an alert will be sent to your Epic session, and you can immediately launch a new Epic session if requested or logged out during this period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS <\/strong><strong>(correction): <\/strong>\u00a0Some Epic users may be logged out of their session between <strong>4 a.m. and 7 a.m.<\/strong> for the required maintenance install.\u00a0 If this occurs, Epic can be immediately launched again into a new session.
