Please review the details below. Thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>DATE: <\/strong>\u00a0Friday, June 29,\u00a02018<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLANNED DURATION: <\/strong>\u00a012:00am \u2013 4:00am (4 hours)<\/p>\n<td><strong>DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Kronos Production system will be brought down starting at 12am for up to 4 hours to finalize our datacenter migration to permanent hardware.\u00a0 Kronos sessions will be exited at the start of the downtime, and anything not saved at that point will be lost.\u00a0 Punches will be stored in the clocks until connection is reestablished after the migration is completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPACT: <\/strong>\u00a0All Kronos users on the system at the time will be impacted by the downtime and exited from Kronos.\u00a0 In addition, the transfer of punches from the clocks to the database will be delayed during the downtime, but will queue and should transmit at the conclusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: <\/strong>\u00a0n\/a<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact the Cooper Service Desk at 856.968.7166.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of this notice is to inform you of a planned Kronos downtime.
