Cooper Solutions Center is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Employees working on the weekend can pick up their gift on Saturday, July 28, 2018, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Cooper University Hospital in the Roberts Pavilion, room 1004.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pick-Up Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All active Cooper University Health Care employees are invited to pick up their employee gift at any of the remaining scheduled locations (see schedule below).<\/p>\n<p>A few key tips to ensure a successful pick up:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you arrive at a pick-up location, please make sure to have your\u00a0<strong>Cooper<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ID badge with you<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 as it will be required for pick up.<\/li>\n<li>All employees will\u00a0<strong>swipe your Cooper ID badge<\/strong>\u00a0on a card reader to pick up your gift at the designated dates, times, and locations.<\/li>\n<li>Employees on leave of absence will be eligible to pick up your gift upon your return.<\/li>\n<li>One gift per employee, please.<\/li>\n<li>Distribution has been coordinated for ambulatory and non-ambulatory offices with less than 25 employees.
