Please keep an eye out for the Culture of Safety Survey email that will be sent via insight@ecri.org<\/a>. This survey is independently administered by our patient safety organization, ECRI Institute, who provides us with aggregate data and anonymous, summative comments.<\/p>\n

This survey will assess Cooper\u2019s safety culture in our inpatient and outpatient settings. Results of this survey will allow us to identify areas of opportunity for an enhanced safety culture. Results of the survey will be reviewed during the November Leadership Development Institute (LDI) meeting.<\/p>\n

What is a safety culture?
\n<\/strong>Sustaining a culture that works to consistently minimize adverse events despite carrying out complex work.<\/p>\n
