This year\u2019s teams exhibited tremendous leadership, teamwork, and innovation in their respective improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The winners were selected by a committee of Cooper employees. The programs were evaluated on a number of metrics, including high-quality clinical outcomes achieved, improved patient safety, sustainability, and measurable results.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to the following winners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Operational Award<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<br \/>\nMedication Safety Committee Subgroup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Quality &amp; Patient Safety Award:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><strong>Radiation Oncology Surface Imaging System Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Honorable Mention Quality &amp; Patient Safety Award<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Atrial Fibrillation QI Team <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you to everyone who submitted entries.
