Traffic exiting the CCIA garage will only be able to turn right toward Broadway. All traffic using 6<sup>th<\/sup> Street will also be directed toward Broadway.<\/p>\n<p>The Benson Street sidewalk between the Kelemen Circle and the Emergency Department ambulance drive will be closed. Pedestrians will be directed to the south sidewalk on Benson Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers and flagmen will be on site to ensure that traffic can flow in both directions around the crane.\u00a0While two-way traffic will be maintained on Benson Street, there may be delays during shift changes.
