This event was held in partnership with the Department of Human Services Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The event was a huge success! We provided eye and screening services to approximately 40 diabetic patients.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to the Community and Population Health staff who were involved in planning, coordinating, and assisting at the event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Max Kursh, Director, Community Health<\/li>\n<li>Stephanie McBeth, Manager, Population Intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Lorraine Sweeney, Community Outreach Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Angela Spinelli, Population Care Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Kathy Zublic, Population Care Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Nicole McCormick, Population Health Coach<\/li>\n<li>Danielle Majuri, AVP, Population Integration and Regulatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also, a big thank you to Dr. David M. Millili and Dr. Ghada Haddad for performing the foot exams.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, we are extremely appreciative of our wonderful Patient Services Representative, Emily Peralta, who provided all the translation for our Spanish-speaking patients.
