The work will now take place next week beginning Monday, November 19 through Wednesday, November 21, 2018. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beginning <strong>Monday, November 19 through Wednesday, November 21, 2018<\/strong>, a crane will be located at 7<sup>th<\/sup> Street and Benson Street for construction of Cooper\u2019s new helipad.<\/p>\n<p>Employees and patients will continue to have access to the CCIA garage from Benson Street. Traffic exiting the CCIA garage will only be able to turn right toward Broadway. All traffic using 6<sup>th<\/sup> Street will also be directed toward Broadway.<\/p>\n<p>The Benson Street sidewalk between the Kelemen Circle and the Emergency Department ambulance drive will be closed. Pedestrians will be directed to the south sidewalk on Benson Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers and flagmen will be on site to ensure that traffic can flow in both directions around the crane.\u00a0While two-way traffic will be maintained on Benson Street, there may be delays during shift changes.
