All employees are invited to attend the workshop, \u201cIt\u2019s How to Say It,\u201d presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The workshop will teach attendees how to use empathic vs. reactive interactions, constructive criticism, active listening, and proven methods for smooth communications. It takes place on Monday, March 31, 2014, from 10 a.m. \u2013 noon in Dorrance 256, One Cooper Plaza, Camden.<\/p>\n

There is no cost to attend this program, but pre-registration is required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cooper University Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center\u2019s Commission on Accreditation.<\/p>\n
