This screening does not include credit history information.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper has recently engaged a new screening vendor, Sterling Talent Solutions (Sterling). Sterling employs a different process from that of Cooper\u2019s previous vendor. Should Sterling\u2019s screening identify public record information\u00a0regarding you or any sanctions, exclusions, or actions concerning your professional license, Sterling will send you a notification via email. Sterling will then send Cooper a copy of this information.<\/p>\n<p>Questions pertaining to public record information reported to Cooper should be directed to Sterling Talent Solution\u2019s customer service at 888.889.5248. If you receive an email notification, an order number will be included to allow you to obtain information related to Sterling\u2019s findings.<\/p>\n<p>Questions regarding the regulatory sanctions and licensure\u00a0process at Cooper should be directed to the Compliance Department at 856.968.7417 or reviewed in <a href=\"https:\/\/cooperhealth.policytech.com\/docview\/?docid=2571&amp;anonymous=true\">12.109 &#8211; Exclusion and Sanction Screening Policy, Corporate<\/a>.
