Cooper is partnering with Prevent Child Abuse New Jersey \u201cPinwheels for Prevention\u201d campaign, to recognize\u00a0and educate our community on child neglect.<\/p>\n<p>Employees and staff of Cooper University Health Care are invited to \u201cplant\u201d 59 blue pinwheels on the front lawn of the hospital outside the Roberts Pavilion lobby in recognition of National Child Abuse Awareness Month in April. The pinwheels represent the approximately 59,000 households in Camden County with children under the age of 18.<\/p>\n<p>The event takes place on<strong> Tuesday, April 1, 2014<\/strong>, at 12:30 p.m. on the Roberts Pavilion lawn in Camden.<\/p>\n<p>Prevent Child Abuse America\u2019s Pinwheels for Prevention campaign is an effort created to change the way our nation thinks about prevention and how we can deliver on our commitment to America\u2019s children.
