On Monday, May 6, 2019<\/strong>, IT will launch its new ServiceNow Portal providing you with a convenient and easy way to submit and track your IT service requests and non-urgent issues. After the portal launches, you will only have to call the Help Desk for urgent IT issues.<\/p>\n

The new portal is easy to use. To see how it works, click to view a training video<\/a>.\u00a0Training is also available via the Cooper Learning Network \u2013 just search the course catalog for \u201cServiceNow Portal.\u201d<\/p>\n

You can access the ServiceNow Portal using the icon on your desktop or on the Pulse under IT Links. To log in, use your network username and password.\u00a0Click to read a tip sheet<\/a> for additional details.<\/p>\n

If you need assistance when submitting a non-urgent issue through the portal, please do the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Select \u201cNeed Help\/Request Change\u201d icon on the home page.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cReport an Issue to the Service Desk.\u201d<\/li>\n
