Great news! Cooper\u2019s new state-of-the-art Conference Center is open! The entrance to the Conference Center is across from the healing garden in the hallway connecting the CCIA parking garage and the hospital.<\/p>\n

The Conference Center has replaced the conference rooms on the 10th<\/sup> Floor of Roberts Pavilion. The 10th<\/sup> floor rooms are now closed.<\/p>\n

If you have a meeting on your calendar for a conference room on the 10th<\/sup> floor of Roberts Pavilion (P1003 \u2013 P1014), you should go to the new Conference Center. There is a digital board in the Conference Center that will indicate in which room your meeting is being held in.<\/p>\n

There will be people in the Conference Center to help you find the correct room, and IT personnel will be on site to assist with technical questions. In the coming weeks, a full-time concierge will be hired and will be on site Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., to manage the Conference Center and assist you in booking rooms.<\/p>\n
