We started the Listening Tour throughout Cooper and have received great feedback. So, please come and see us if you can when we are in your location.\u00a0Remember, we will be sending a communication highlighting what we learned!<\/p>\n

We recently realized that there was a typo in the original message that was sent out last week. The schedule below has the updated information. We apologize for the miscommunication.<\/p>\n

We will be touring facilities across the health care system to meet with and listen to as many of you as possible. As we look forward to assuming our additional roles as Co-CEOs, we thought now would be the perfect time to have conversations and answer your questions. Starting Thursday, May 30, 2019, through Friday, June 7, 2019<\/strong>, we are coming out to you rather than having formal Town Hall meetings.<\/p>\n

During our Listening Tour, we hope to gather information on what is working well, what challenges you have, and ways we are able to assist you to make Cooper the best place for our patients and the best place to work. These will be informal conversations. We want to meet as many of you as possible and hear your thoughts. We also want to hear how we have done in our first year as Co-Presidents, and what we might be able to do better moving forward.<\/p>\n

Below is a schedule of the locations we will be visiting. If we are not coming to your location this time, we will visit in the future. We will, however, send a communication to everyone that highlights what we learned and spoke about after we are done.<\/p>\n
