A number of physicians have said that they have not received emails to order new black scrubs every two years in accordance with Cooper’s scrub policy. After further investigation with IT, we discovered that most physicians did receive the email. Apparently, most physicians thought the email was spam.
We are working to make this email more recognizable. The email is from scrubs123@medline.com and below is a screenshot of what the email looks like. If you search scrubs123 in archives, you should be able to find the email you received and reorder your scrubs.
