Leader Tool Box
The Leader Tool Box allows all leaders to recognize and reward medallions to individuals throughout the organization who exhibit and exemplify our Values and Service Standards. Medallions can then be redeemed on the Cooper Rewards site for gifts and gift cards. This recognition will be sent to the inbox of your recipient and will be visible to the entire organization.
Employee Tool Box
The Employee Tool Box allows all team members to recognize individuals throughout the organization who exhibit and exemplify our Values and Service Standards. This recognition will be sent to the inbox of your recipient and will be visible to the entire organization.
The E-Card Program allows you to send E-Cards to individuals throughout our organization. There are 7 card templates to choose from that allow you to write your own personalized message. These cards will automatically be sent to the inbox of your chosen recipient.
Nominate any Cooper team member to be considered for Employee of the Month, Manager of the Quarter, Physician of the Quarter, Provider of the Quarter, or Resident of the Quarter. Please choose the category that best fits your nominee and write 500 words or less detailing why they are deserving to hold that title. Nominations will then be reviewed by that category’s respective committee, and the nominee who best demonstrates Cooper’s Values and Service Standards will be honored.
