The Cooper in Schools (CIS) Program at Cooper University Health Care invites school nurses, coaches, athletic trainers and school administrators to its annual continuing-education symposium on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cherry Hill, NJ.
The symposium will address HPV vaccinations and its implications, enterovirus D-68, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bleeding control in emergencies situations, and community health care options and when to use them (medi-clinics, urgent care centers and emergency rooms, etc.).
Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers (BOC CEU) and New Jersey State Nurse Association Contact Hours will be provided upon completion of the program. Registration is required. The fee to attend is $40 in-advance, $50 if paying on-site the day of event. Continental breakfast and lunch and all materials are included in the registration fee.
