Cooper EMS Team Members Honored at Camden Event during National EMS Week

(CAMDEN, NJ) Three Cooper EMS team members were honored by CamCare Health Corporation at a community event May 18 that paid tribute to Camden’s first responders during National EMS Week, May 15-21. Congratulations to EMS Supervisor Robert Attianese; Operations Manager and Chief Steven Hare, and EMT Barry Hunter who received citations from the Camden Board of Directors and Congressman Donald Norcross for outstanding service.

Cooper Emergency Medical Services have been serving the community since 2016.  In 2021, the department responded to 29,075 unique EMS incident dispatches including 13,220 Advanced Life Support responses and 27,956 Basic Life Support responses.  Advanced life support units arrived at the scene in less than 8 minutes in nearly 92% of the calls.

Hats off to the entire Cooper EMS team during National EMS Week and throughout the year.
