Approximately 200 golfers attended the Cooper Foundation’s 2nd Annual Cooper Cup Golf Outing held on June 27th at Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The sold-out event raised more than $265,000 to support Cooper University Health Care’s mission to serve, to heal, to educate.
“We are extremely grateful to all those who came out and helped us grow the Cooper Cup Golf Outing in its second year. Thank you to the sponsors and generous donors for their on-going support,” said Philip A. Norcross, Esq., chairman of The Cooper Foundation Board of Trustees. “The funds raised at this event continues to support our mission and commitment to the South Jersey community and all others who we serve.”
“We couldn’t do it without the backing of our dedicated supporters, who share our commitment to Cooper’s mission and the community,” added Anthony J. Mazzarelli, MD, JD, MBE, co-CEO of Cooper University Health Care.
“This year’s golf outing was a success thanks to Cooper’s golf committee members, golfers and attendees. On behalf of The Cooper Foundation and Cooper University Health Care, thank you for your generosity.” said Robert A. Ortiz, Jr., JD, Senior Vice President & Chief Philanthropy Officer of The Cooper Foundation.
