Cooper University Health Care Honored with RCBC’s Exemplary Partner Award

Cooper University Health Care is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Exemplary Partner Award by Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) at the 2025 Partner Recognition and Awards Reception. This prestigious honor recognizes Cooper’s steadfast commitment to collaboration, innovation, and student success.

The announcement is another milestone for Cooper, following its recognition as Business Partner of the Year by Camden County Technical School at the end of 2024. Cooper’s dedication to fostering strong partnerships continues to elevate workforce development initiatives and create meaningful opportunities for students and professionals alike.

In conjunction with the award, college officials also gave special commendations to Antoinette Fugee, workforce development consultant at Cooper, for her outstanding contributions as a Cooper ambassador, strengthening connections within the community and educational institutions, and to  Timothy D. Marks, DNP, MBA, RN, CEN, NEA-BC, assistant vice president of clinical workforce development and academic partnerships, who plays a pivotal role in driving collaborative efforts, reinforcing Cooper’s commitment to excellence in education and health care.

“From strategic planning to hands-on project execution, Cooper University Health Care embodies the spirit of partnership in every aspect of its engagement with RCBC,” said RCBC representatives at the awards reception. “Their ‘all-in’ approach has made a lasting impact.”
