A One-Day Forum at Princeton Innovation Center BioLabs to Convene 150 Senior Health System, MedTech, Investor, and Policy Leaders on July 14, 2026.
Cooper University Health Care, EnableHealth, the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE), Princeton University, and Princeton Innovation Center BioLabs today announced Medlantic, a first-of-its-kind Mid-Atlantic showcase dedicated to medtech and health care innovation. Scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Princeton Innovation Center BioLabs, Medlantic will convene 150 senior leaders—including health system CIOs, medtech founders, investors, and policy leaders—for an intentionally curated, high-impact forum designed to accelerate partnerships, investment, and discovery across the region.
Medlantic arrives at a pivotal moment for the health care innovation economy. According to Ernst & Young’s 2025 Pulse of the MedTech Industry report, global medtech revenues reached $584 billion in 2025, marking the sector’s seventh consecutive year of top-line growth, with industry leaders projecting an additional 6-7% revenue increase in the year ahead. Regionally, New Jersey stands as a cornerstone of the national health care ecosystem: its 71 acute care hospitals generate $31.4 billion in annual economic impact and support nearly 160,000 health care jobs, underscoring the Mid-Atlantic’s outsized role in shaping the future of health care delivery, technology, and commercialization.
“The Mid-Atlantic region is already a global leader in generating the next generation of health care solutions,” said Michael Kirchhoff, MD, chief innovation officer at Cooper University Health Care. “The Medlantic MedTech Showcase will provide the connective tissue needed to translate those ideas into scalable products and services that improve patient outcomes, strengthen our health systems, and create durable value for the region’s innovation economy.”
