Cooper Innovation Center to Host Cardiovascular and Thoracic Innovation Symposium

In recognition of National Heart Month, the Cooper Innovation Center, in collaboration with the New Jersey Economic Development Agency, Johnson & Johnson and the Foundation for Health Advancement/FVCG/NJHF, will host a Cardiovascular and Thoracic Innovation Symposium from 1 to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024, featuring a panel of leading physician innovators who will share their inventive technologies to improve cardiovascular and thoracic care.

The symposium is free to attend and will feature a panel discussion regarding health technology development followed by presentations and Q&A with Cooper inventors. The event is open to anyone – clinical or non-clinical— interested in the advancement of science, biomedical research, and medical technology.

Presenting Inventors:

The Cooper Innovation Center was founded in 2022 to advance biomedical research and technologies developed by Cooper physicians and researchers and through collaboration with industry. The event will be held at Cooper University Hospital Conference Center (Room CC121), One Cooper Plaza, in Camden, NJ. Parking is available adjacent to the hospital (for GPS, use 246 S. 6th Street).
