Parking Alert: Waterfront Garage

Please be advised that structural repairs to the Waterfront Garage will begin on Monday, December 9, 2019.

In order to complete the necessary work, 70 parking spaces will be closed during the two-week repair period. Because parking will be limited at the Waterfront Garage during this time, the Parking Authority of Camden County (PACC) will provide no cost parking at the Joint Board parking lot to Cooper employees assigned to the Waterfront Garage.

Cooper Security will be onsite at the Joint Board parking lot from 5 a.m. through 9:30 p.m., or until the last car departs. Access to/from the parking lot will be on Stevens Street between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Broadway.

Parking Plan

  • Parking in the Joint Board parking lot will be on a first come, first-served basis.
  • Employees are encouraged to monitor the SPOT app on their phone to check for lot closures due to capacity.
  • Only use the Stevens Street gate to enter and exit the lot.
  • Cooper employees entering the lot must present their Waterfront Garage parking pass before entering.
  • In the event the Joint Board parking lot and the Waterfront Garage are filled to capacity, PACC will provide no cost parking at Lot #11, adjacent to the Adventure Aquarium.
