Cardiology PACS System Downtime Change Healthcare 14.1.1 Upgrade
The purpose of this notice is to inform you of a planned IT Downtime that will be occurring this weekend. Please review the details below and plan accordingly. Thank you!
DATE: Friday, April 26th 2019 at 5PM through Sunday, April 28th, 2019 at 12PM
DURATION: Estimated Downtime 43 hours.
DESCRIPTION: Cardiology PACS system will be upgraded to Version 14.1.1.
IMPACT: During the downtime the CPACS application will be unavailable. Additionally, links to Cardiology studies within the EPIC Procedures tab will not be accessible as the hosting servers will be migrating to the new version of CPACS.
Continuity of Care Plans During Downtime
1. Cath Lab 1 in 1 Cooper will be the designated Emergency Lab on local mode where emergent cases can be performed if necessary.
2. Emergency ECHO studies will be reviewed by physicians on the Echo Modality and follow the downtime process to communicate findings to the ordering physician.
