South Jersey Magazine is preparing its annual Top Doctors feature and needs your help. Please take a few minutes to complete the online ballot at http://bit.ly/1N74yAe (This is a private link. Please do not share with anyone who is not a physician living or practicing in NJ).
Use this question as a guide: If a family member was ill, who would you send them to?
Only physicians can participate, and the nominee must be a doctor who lives or works in NJ.
Please be sure to include your practice name, medical license number and signature on your completed ballot.
The deadline for ballot submissions is 5 p.m., Monday, May 2. You may also print the your ballot and return via fax at 856.234.9912 or mail to SJ Magazine, 1000 Lenola Road, Building Two, Suite 102, Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
Also, Best Doctors, Inc., is now accepting nominations for the 2017-2018 Best Doctors in America® list. Cooper physicians who are currently listed among the 2015-2016 Best Doctors should receive a personal invitation to nominate up to 10 of their peers to whom they would personally refer.
All nominations will be subject to the voting/evaluation process that begins later this year.
The nomination period opens on Monday, May 16, at 9 a.m.
