Coopers CME office serves as the repository for the attendance sheets you sign at each CME activity you attend that is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. You can easily get the list of the activities you’ve attended for credentialing with Cooper or for license renewal. The list is also convenient to submit if you use the AMA Physician Recognition Award (http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/about-ama/awards/ama-physicians-recognition-award.page?) to consolidate your documentation.
To get your list, just send a request to Jaconetti-Lauren@Cooperhealth.edu stating the date range for which you need documentation.
