Input Needed – Ambulatory Practitioner Scheduling and Template Issues

A multidisciplinary group consisting of physician informaticians, IT, ambulatory operations. various leadership from the Call Center and Institutes has been meeting on a biweekly basis to address the ambulatory scheduling issues.   Issues that are being addressed range from technology fixes / optimizations to template fixes / optimizations.

There is no doubt that this has been a challenging transition and as such, significant investment of time has been made by the various stakeholders to improve the current system.  However, we need your feedback and opinions on how to make this a better system for all.   We have set up a survey to aggregate your feedback so that we can focus on common issues and prioritize appropriately.  We have also setup an email address where you can send us your specific scheduling issues.

For specific scheduling template issues, you can email us at:  AmbTemplateIssue@CooperHealth.edu.  We will review all emails sent to this email and will respond.  The response may take up to 2 weeks depending on the issue as we may need to discuss at the biweekly meeting.
