Some medical students at Jefferson are compiling a list of available students and are matching them up with healthcare providers who need childcare. They can’t promise you’ll be matched up, but at least it’s
an additional option that may help get people through this time. Additionally, if people know medical students and college kids etc. who are free to babysit the website has an application to be a babysitter.
Is there something similar for those who live in NJ?
Dear Alla, My apologies that I just saw this! There is a School’s Out Camp in NJ (info is on the covid.cooperhealth.org wiki and also on this blog) and the med students are helping with virtual tutoring sessions for older children.
