Cooper has a Rewards Center that allows you to send gift cards to employees or colleagues who you want to especially reward for their contributions to Cooper. Just go to the Cooper portal, “Frequently Used Links,” then “Cooper Rewards,” “Leader Toolbox” and then click on Gift Token on the left column. You can send a gift card for Barnes and Noble, Domino’s pizza, or Dunkin coffee, among many others. You can also nominate a Physician or Resident of the Quarter, a Manager of the Quarter, or an Employee of the Month through this site if you click on “Nominate” instead of “Leader Toolbox.”
