Since many of our in-person activities will be somewhat limited for the next few months, we wanted to share an option for virtual yoga and mindfulness that is being offered through MD Anderson. You are invited to log on to these events whenever you have a few moments. Even if you are only able to log on to a visualization exercise while you are doing your notes or participate in 10 minutes of yoga in a call room, doing these brief and focused interventions can go a long way to recharging your battery throughout the day.
