Resources to help cope with stress after violence

Given the events in Washington this week along with the pandemic, political and social unrest, and economic uncertainty, many of us are experiencing high levels of stress.  Below are links to registration for two virtual support groups to help. The role of compassionate communication will be emphasized.  They are anonymous and registration is required.
