International Women’s Day has a theme of challenging paradigms this year. We want to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements here at Cooper from the women in EVS and the cafeteria, administration, doctors, and nurses, all throughout our health system. Collectively, our women employees contribute to vibrancy and diversity of Cooper and help make it the place it is. We all want to raise awareness of bias and take action against inequality to help create an inclusive world.
