Everyone has some bias and it is incumbent on all of us to not stumble blindly through our daily interactions but to be introspective and reflective. For anyone who has not taken one of the many Implicit Bias tests online offered through Harvard, please set aside some time to take at least one. There are several different tests. Ideally, you should try to take them in a quiet place without distraction so you can concentrate. They are eye-opening and demonstrate that the good-bad binary of racism is insufficient.
