Below are some online sessions offered through Carebridge (800-437-0911) but, if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, or anything in between, please let someone know! It can be your program director, a chief resident, someone you trust. Rowan SOM’s group (856-482-9000) specializes in the needs of residents and medical students and offers performance coaching, therapy, and psychiatry.
