Wellness Wednesday: Surrounding Yourself in Nature

March 24, 2021 by Cooper University Health Care Leave a Comment

Even if you are stuck in a room or in the hospital, you can imagine you are in the middle of a quiet, peaceful forest. People around the world recorded the sounds of the forests, so you can escape into nature, while in lockdown and unable to travel. Use this site to chill, meditate, or digital shinrin-yoku (the Japanese art of “forest bathing”).

And consider tree planting or doing what you can to minimize your carbon footprint.

Best,
GME Wellness Committee
